it seems to be old. I first thought it may be from the 70's or 80's. But the production stamp in the third picture dates from 2003 ( I think so) and in the link you posted it is described as a "Glasklebescharnier", which means it is for gluing. This technique started about the beginning of the 2000's.

In the time of hinges and other mounting fittings over 20 years is quite old. The chance to find them is very low.
