Bernardo FKS 1600 Pro - Issue with blade alignment

Hi all

I think I have made a big mistake after rearranging my workshop (garage). I found the saw blade alignment to be off afterwards and to realign I loosened the two bolt on the first pictures and used a screwdriver to correct the angle of the blade to the main tisch. This worked well without any issues and the 5 cut is spot on again. However later I had to do some 45deg angle cuts and found that the blade in this position was Not aligned. Then started to re-adjust and this time I also included the other set of bolt in the seek to get it perfect in both 0 and 45 degrees. However - still struggling...

Have any of you any guidance on how to get the setting right (reset) again on these - e.g. step 1 2 3... ?

Hello

First: I don't know this sawing machine.
But as a long time user of woodworker and a joiner I know that adjusting a machine is often a try and error and needs a lot of endurance

Hello Steen, your approach is wrong and illogical.
The saw-unit is aligned parallel to the sliding carriage.
Then set the stop of the slide using the 5-cut method. The fence can be adjusted separately.
If you adjust the angle of the saw unit, this does not (or only slightly) change the squareness.

So:
Set the cutting unit exactly parallel to the sliding carriage.
Then adjust the carriage stop.
If necessary, readjust the rip fence. (Opening slightly to the rear)

Thanks for taking time to answer - really appriciated. Just to give a bit more information on why I started to play with the above bolts:
1) The saw blade is aligned with the iron table, the slider at 90 degree.
2) Both the slider fence and the side table fence is aligned
3) 5 cut is so accurate that you can neither see or feel any differene accurate - dead on (this is actually extreme ). No burn marks, sound is correct, dead on square.
4) The problem first shows when the blade is tilted 45 degree. The the backend of the blade is 0.5mm to the side of the slider. Creating burn marks, not sounding right and the 45 degree is not cut is not straight.
5) Therefore I started to look if the two hinges holding the motor section was at different hights. This will be okay at 90 degree and is one is higher than the hinge it will start tilting the blade when tilting to 45 degree.
6) I have put some different spaces in the hinge closest to the blade (the other are in front of the blade close to the front ot the table). With this I can still align the blade at 90 degree and when tilting to 45 degree I can get another result - even the opposite - backend is further away from the sliding table... However, I'm still struggling to find the 'optimal' position e.g. lacking some guideline on how to do this setup...
